Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Processing is 1-10 business days.

How do I place an order?

Ordering is very easy!

When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can review the items in your cart at any time by clicking on the ‘My Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.

My tracking number isn't working, what should I do?

The tracking number takes a few days to work properly. If it still doesn't work just email us and we will send you the status of your order.

To email us go to the page titled CONTACT US. You can also contact your local post office for further details if tracking is not available.

Can I cancel my order?

No, once an order is place there will be no cancellations as it is in the processing time.

What type of payments do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

Can I return an item that was on sale?

There are no exchanges available on any items. Please refer to our Return Policy page in the footer below.

When do you ship orders?

We only ship orders twice a week which are Wednesday and Saturday. Also orders placed on Wednesday & Saturday before 11am CDT will ship the same day.

When will my order arrive?

After it has finished processing for 1-10 business days it should arrive within 1-4 business days to USA & 7-21 business days internationally. 

Did you put the wrong address? 

It is your responsibility to make sure everything is correct before ordering, but we will try to solve the issue. As soon as you’ve noticed the mistake you can email us by visiting the Contact Us Page . We cannot guarantee to fix your address before the next batch of packages ship out so we sincerely apologize in advance.
